[Review] Beautifully Disney lipgloss in Mysterious Mermaid

Hi ! I've just come back from Hong Kong ! It was fun ! I get to go to Disneyland and brought some souvenirs back and most of them are cosmetics... =_=". I can't even resist not buying anything after i reached Disneyland! Since I have been watching their shows since forever! #truestory

I brought this baby in Disneyland hotel! I brought Ariel's because she is my favourite Disney princess of all! (^_^V)

Ingredients are shown on the back of the packaging on the picture above! 

Packaging: The box is very elegant, with black/greyish base and covered with royal-like patterns. Make it looks so luxury! I did not want to open it at first, cause the box was meant to keep the lipgloss inside forever... #LOL cause the lipgloss itself was so beautiful... make me feel kinda guilty for using it.. it was kinda meant for display more than being used... D: 

THIS is how it looks like after opening the packaging! It disappoints me to know that the illustration of Ariel was not printed on the bottle, but it's only a sticker pasted on the bottle... =(

Here is how it looks on my lips. The lipgloss have slight simmer that makes your lips looks plum-ish and juicy. The colour design is very suitable for mature looking make up ~ Looks natural!! I did not have orange tone lipgloss and it's my first time trying one. I am totally in love with this colour!

Quality: The quality of the bottle is better than other lipglosses bottles. But the stopper is not very functioning well, if you look closely, there is some lipgloss on the wand of the lipgloss.

This lipgloss comes with a sponge applicator, So it's hygiene and easy to apply it~ (not in a moving car though #giggles).

The lipgloss is just like other lipglosses, need to apply lip care before applying it (duh!). 

But i must say, it is not as dehydrating as i expect it would be! xD

Price: HK$98 is quite expensive, but it is genuine from Disneyland so i guess it's okay. It's not like you can go Disneyland everyday now is it ? xD

I am not really a fan of bottle liners cause it's inconvenient ~ Even so, my first liquid liner is Etude house's #laughs. One of the pros is that it seems like you can never finish the liquid liner... there's a lot! #truestory. I have been using my Etude house liner since last year and it's still contain a lot more!

Nice, it's easier to use and convenient. The only thing i dont like about it is that the volume of the liquid is lesser compared to bottle ones.

WATER TEST
I splashed water on all off them and dab the water off afterwards. All of them is stayed and I must say, they are very good at waterproofing. #giggles.

WATER + SMUDGING TEST

Green ones: passed

Red ones: failed

I rubbed them after splashing water on them and opps! Apparently some of them smudged a little!

MAKE UP REMOVER TEST

Splashed some make up remover on them. Dollywink eyeliners and Kiss me impact eyeliner is starting to dissolve~ While others still stand firm!

EASE OF REMOVING TEST

Average. After you remove it, there will be little bits of black things left on your skin.

Hard to remove. I rubbed it but it still stays! Oh my goodness.....

This is the most stubborn eyeliner i have encountered.... Even if you removed it, there is still some black/ brown thingy left on your skin. Here's a prove:

The tip is very special, feels like a marker pen~ dries fast on your lids and it's okay to remove. Not easy and not hard~

[Review] Holika Holika Heartful Glossy lipstick in Pink Bonbon

Hiya! I figured since it's semester break i should be more active in my inactive blog... (=_=")

I am not a huge fan of Korea products but this lipstick caught my eye when i browse through a magazine... and it has been on my wishlist since that day ! I feel like collecting them all !

Series: Heartful glossy lipstick

Origin: Made in Korea

Code: PK123 (Pink Bonbon)

Weight: 18g

Packaging: Adorable! the box have a combination of pink and blue strips reminds me of lolipop! (｡◕‿◕｡)

While the packaging of the lipstick itself looks quite simple. There's still strips~ And the material makes it light weight plus it's small in size so it's pretty travel friendly. 

Design: The design of the lipstick itself attracted a lot of people to buy it ! it's in heart shape ! So CUTE !!! (*^ -^*) Trust me, the heart shaped lipstick would not make it hard for you to apply this lipstick. 

The color looks scary at first #laughs. But this series is not as pigmented as Heartful Moisture lipstick series, so the color looks natural and not very pigmented.

Here's the prove ! it's not pigmented and looks very light. Recommended for beginners and people who love natural make up. If you want the colour to more visible, simply apply more than one time! (◡‿◡✿)

I wanted the orange one at first, but this one makes me look healthier, cause i look quite pale and white sometimes~ 

 

 Quality: The quality of the packaging is quite fragile. It's made out of tin-like material so it feels like it's going to break whenever you drop it on the floor. @_@

I seriously have no complaint for the quality of this product -besides the packaging that is....

It's not dehydrating, and it's the only lipstick i dared to apply without any lipcare products. #truestory

It lasts on my lips for quite a long time ! I wore this during my photoshoot for Yuuki Asuna. There was a whole lot of rain, sun, drinking and eating but it's still there ! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ It lasts incredibly long ! #loves

Price: Average for me. Usually, i would say this price range is expensive for me. I brought it without any promotion and from a retail store. BUT it is totally worth it ! So i have to say it's okay to use the normal retail price to buy this baby. I love it with all my heart !

[Review] Maybeline Color Sensational Lipcolor in coral crush

ALOHA ! Here comes another review ~ bwahahahha !

Series: ColorSensational Lipcolor

Code: 515 (Coral Crush)

Weight: 4.2g (0.15oz)

Packaging: Nice, but not very attractive to me. It's plain ~ But the good thing is you can use stickers to decorate it ! ＼(^ω^＼)

Design: Now this is what attracted me to buy this lipstick. The design of the colour is just irresistible ! ♥‿♥

Ultra pigmented! It's so suitable for people in Malaysia. Because we're living in a country that have summer 24/7. So this colour kinda reminds me a mixture of summer and spring so i have to buy it !

Also, some red colour makes you look old and out of fashion, but this coral-reddish colour makes me look so korean-like and unlike my usual lipstick, this makes me looked so energized ! ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ﾉ

Quality: Sadly, it's quite dehydrating.... (• ε •) So you must put on lipcare before applying this lipstick. As it's more focus on the pigmentation rather than caring your lips. (`･ω･´)

The colour disappears after 2-3 hours. So remember to touch up ! (●´ω｀●)

It have an awkward scent that kinda bothers me ~~ I dont know... i dont like it ~ I am more of a fan of strawberry scented lip products. (ღ˘◡˘ღ) 

Price: Cheap and affordable ! ♪＼(*＾▽＾*)／＼(*＾▽＾*)／

I got it from my college's flea market, there are a few cosmetics brand invited that day and Maybeline is one of them ! I am so lucky to brought it in half of retail price !

First photoshoot of 2013

HI ! long time didnt update my blog. i just have my first photoshoot in year 2013.(^_^)

 This is a solo photoshoot, first time ever that I went to outdoor for a photoshoot. It's quite an experience ~

After the first 15 minutes of the shoot, it started to get cloudy and rain is pouring. That is why there's only a few pictures that can be uploaded after the 3 hours shoot. But it's alright, better than nothing. I have had fun ! ^_^ 

 

Asuna is one of my favorite character, she is strong, adorable, mother-like, warm, lovable, loyal, a chef and beautiful. What can I say ? I felt in love with her after a few episodes of the series. At first i thought of cosplaying her in her armor version but it's like double the price of her ALO version... T^T so ... yeah ....

SO.. I guess that's it ! xD Hope to do more photoshoots !! TwT hehehehehe ~ (for some reason, my folks wont let me cosplay too much... OTL)

Hi blog, sorry for the lack of updates but i am currently having my finals. So after my finals I can go photoshoots and update this blog more.

My fringe have gotten longer but my peeps hated my old fringe so i decided to leave it like that~ Let it be long.... Plus, i am still not used to front fringe... feels like there something blocking my forehead... @@ 

and Yikes ! I felt down about a week ago.. because i was wearing my new lens and the degree doesn't really suits me so i didnt really see the drain and kinda felt down... Ouchy...

That is how it looks like when i felt down .... Now it's starting to peel itself @@ As in, the skin is regenerating... -prays for faster recovery- I have a photoshoot in May T^T Please recover faster !!!!

I got some scars and wounds on my foot too... that one is the smallest and the most painful... so when i walk, i feel the pain ... #truestory.

So no sneakers and heels for me at the moment... only slippers and ballet shoes... ballet shoes are my lifesavers ! Without them i couldn't get into the exam hall T^T 

oh ~ and i forgot to blog about my trip to Animax carnival 2013

 There was like a million people squeezing in the tiny place.... No KIDDING ! Last year's animax is waaay better than this one. Maybe they don't know they'll have so many visitors.... @@

The crowd is so huge that you sweat where ever you went ! cause there's too much people, and some photogs and cosers try to take pics in the middle of the road and you are forced to stand there wait for them to finish ~ So all i can say i feel like a sardine during this event.... 

Yeah, that's me. I cosplayed as Akiyama Mio during Animax carnival. I am very lazy to upload the pictures in my blog. So please do check out the album i uploaded in Facebook right here.

Maybeline BB mousse [review]

The packaging is quite average, it seems to have a similar design with their mineral series of products. Thank goodness there's another sticker with a list of their ingredients (in English) behind their packaging. At least we can understand what is inside of this bottle.

The things written on the cap was not understandable though ... All in Japanese ... =_="

I brought this just because it's sounds quite fun to shake it to get the mousse out of the bottle ~ It IS fun ! xD I shake it vigorously and tada !!!

It have a light-liquidish texture, after you apply it. It dont covers your flaws much (still need to use a concealer for the job huh ?). It gives you a light coverage.

I have to squeeze it the second time xD IT's FUN DOING THAT ! xD haha!
after i applied it the second time, the foundation seem to be too thick thus making it looks unnatural ~ So I think .. one layer is enough~

Sorry that i did not have a demo picture of the foundation on my face, i forget to take pictures of myself ... =_="

oh yeah, maybe it's because of the micro formula so it's kinda easy for it to get inside your skin ~ It clog my pores ... ._. So i dont recommend you girls to use it daily ~  Yeah, also, i didnt like using my hands to apply foundation, i always loved using applicators ~ (depends on you, maybe you like using your hands to apply make up?)

The price is reasonable cause i got this at a discounted price. =)

Again, sorry about the short and not-so-detailed review, it's because I didnt use it more than 2 times ~ haha ~ (~=3=)~ Hope it helps !
